"Costabase recently sold our house in Spain that had been on the market for years, which with the current housing market in Spain is not unusual. The professional way they dealt with the sale and the regular updates they sent us when they showed prospective buyers before the sale we were most impressed with.
To be honest I think a lot of agents would have given up getting a buyer after the amount of time ours was on the market, but they did not, they kept plugging away diligently until they found a buyer.  Both Sasha and Gina at Costabase are both very amicable, professional and conscientious in what they do which is an added bonus sadly lacking in other businesses
